The service was helpful with travel advice, though the atmosphere felt gloomy. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious Hungarian beef stew. Overall, a tranquil location but with room for improvement in certain areas.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-kept, although they looked different from the photos on TripAdvisor. The floor heating was a brilliant feature, especially for the harsh weather conditions. The service was warm and cooperative, although there were some issues with communication. The location, surrounded by fruit trees and close to Dal Lake, offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The dining experience was satisfying with a variety of delicious options.
The hotel offers rooms beautifully decorated with pine wood paneling and comfortable beds, although they do not match the pictures shown. The dinner at the beautiful garden adds to the charm, and the bathrooms are spacious and new.
